Overview
Sanad is a comprehensive digital platform developed by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship in Jordan to provide seamless access to government services. Designed as a one-stop shop for individuals and businesses, it simplifies administrative processes and enhances digital interactions with government entities.
FiveC Technology played a key role in the development of Sanad by integrating 89 government services into the mobile platform. This integration connected three major government entities, significantly expanding the platform’s reach and usability.
In addition to Sanad, FiveC also developed the eDelegate platform, an innovative digital delegation system that allows companies to grant secure digital privileges to individuals. This feature enables authorized users to apply for, track, and receive services on behalf of their organization, making Sanad even more powerful and user-friendly.
