Overview

Tawseel is an innovative on-demand service program by the UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE). It allows users to book essential MOHRE services at their convenience via a mobile app or a dedicated call center. With real-time tracking, service routing, and seamless communication, Tawseel brings government services directly to users’ locations, ensuring efficiency and accessibility.


FiveC played a crucial role as a sub-contracted software developer, responsible for building the Tawseel technology. The solution includes separate mobile apps for customers and service providers, along with an advanced backend system for managing service requests, tracking locations, and integrating with MOHRE’s CRM.
